What we collect

MapFromMemory collects the email address you use to create an account, sign in, buy access, and contact support, plus the practice progress described below.

Account and payments

We use WorkOS for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. Those services receive the information needed to provide login and checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Practice progress

Your lesson progress, saved drawings, reference marks, lesson settings, and grade results are saved to your account on our servers so they sync across your signed-in devices. Your browser also keeps a local copy for instant loading; clearing browser data does not remove account-saved progress.

If you email support, we use your message and email address to reply and help with account, payment, or refund questions.
